If the lights are on late, TJ is here working to make the service department the best it can be. He gives our techs whatever they need to be the best and make their life easier. He heads up our technical learning classes and helps our techs become NATE certified. One of the most dependable people you will ever meet. Very clever and has an optimistic outlook on life. One more thing, there is almost nothing he can’t fix!!!

 Comments from our customers

On January 22, 2013, I woke up to a temp of 52 degrees in my home. The furnace was blowing cold air. The temp outside was in the single digits. Hayden of Broadview Heating, after an extensive exam of my furnace, gave me the sad news that my furnace had a hole in it and could not be repaired. Hayden was very polite, kept me informed and educated me as to what he was doing while investigating the problem. He had a camera which substantiated his findings. Based on the urgency, the next morning owners Tim and Tom Olecki and TJ arrived at 9 AM and installed a new furnace under menacing conditions. Since the furnace is in my garage, they diligently installed the unit in below freezing temps from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. It was so cold that the coffee froze in the garage. They had dedication, customer service, customer satisfaction and just plain old empathy for a fellow human being and her 2 dogs. I cannot thank them enough for their kind consideration, expertise and thoughtfulness. Thank you Tom, Tim, TJ and Hayden. You all have my business for the rest of my life. – Lorry C.
