We had trent as our service advisor he went over the furnace and he told us we could either fix it or get us a new one . There was no pressure of getting a new one he let us make the decision. since the furnace was 23 years old, we went with the new one. Set up the appointment for Monday morning. We had jacob and ray do the installation. They both did an awesome job. Left the area cleaner then it was. we will be calling broadview heating for all our services

Broadview Heating Service Tech. Roger inspected our decades old furnace 12/01/2025 and identified a problem which required its replacement.

I sent an email the next day to Dale at Broadview Heating that included several questions regarding replacement HVAC system products, etc.

Dale responded promptly recommending making an appointment with Broadview Heating comfort specialist Matt.

Matt arrived two days later, inspected the existing HVAC system, calculated the requirements for the new HVAC system, reviewed the new system equipment options with us, and created a quote which we accepted.

Broadview Heating’s Angelo, Julio and Justin arrived four days after we accepted Matt’s quote to remove the existing HVAC system and install the replacement HVAC system.

The work began around 9:00 AM and was finished late afternoon that same day.

They worked diligently and professionally doing an excellent job regarding the new HVAC system installation, answering the questions I had during the installation process and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas in the basement and outdoors.

The new HVAC system installation was completed seven days after the problem with the decades old furnace was identified.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained things so that we could understand. Hot water tank maintenance and hvac configuration.

Ryan M was great. My heat went out on a Saturday. I called at noon, Ryan was out by 1PM, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was all done by about 1:45PM. Broadview Heating and Ryan were so very responsive and efficient, I can not believe my good fortune to have this problem resolved in less than 2 hours on a Saturday, right before a big snow storm. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5/5!

I had a 40 year old furance Ray and Jacob installed my new one did a awesome job very polite they worked good together clean up was awesome I had a minor issue with a little noise when unit shut down I called they set a appt up right away to check it out Steven came out to check out the problem knew what it was right away had the part dropped off fix it and we are good to go everyone at broadview heating and air i came in contact with including office and sales manager were great! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!!!!

Matt is a terrific guy who explained everything we needed thoroughly. Loved seeing him again. Gotta give props to a guy who loves his employer and hums happily the whole time he's working! Broadview has never sent anyone that wasn't friendly, upbeat, efficient, and very well trained. My annual contract is money well spent!

Just had my annual furnace inspection/maintenance done by Kirk. He has been doing the installations and maintenance on all my HVAC for years now. Kirk is one of the main reasons I continue to be a loyal customer of Broadview Heating & Air Conditioning. He takes the time to listen to my issues or questions, and then takes the time to share what he did. He is “the man”!
Broadview HVAC is now in their 3rd generation of family management and have treated me fairly and honorably. I get a straight answer from whomever I talk to-owners, customer service, technicians, etc. I have referred many friends to them, and they all have been very satisfied. They ’re not the cheapest (My Dad used to say – “you pay peanuts, you get monkeys”) … but they are The Best.

From the technician:
No charge recall was my fault. When here last doing furnace maintenance I cleaned the condensate pump and plugged it into an outlet meant for the humidifier. So when ac was ran the condensate pump filled up and stopped all operations. I moved plug from outlet for humidifier into an always live outlet, and labeled the other outlet for humidifier only to avoid this mistake happening again.
Tested ac operation and condensate pump all works ok.
