The tech was polite and nice. We told him that it threw a service code several times before he got here, however, he couldn’t get it to replicate.He cleaned the inducer hose and said if it returns he’ll replace a part that the service code indicated needed to be replaced. Here we are three days later and the furnace has failed again. We are very fortunate that it is not super cold yet. I really hope they will come back And put the replacement part in without charging us another service call.

The seasonal inspection failed to notice a problem that resulted in the need to replace the furnace. Had it been noticed the replacement could have been done sooner. The installers who did the replacement work were efficient and professional.

Matt came out fix the problem with the furance right away check it all out before he left he was very nice and polite I will definitely call them again for any of my HVAC issues I have heat again!!

Great company. Matt provided an estimate and spent over an hour estimating the BTU size of the furnace and heat pump by considering the insulation In the walls and ceilings and what type of windows in my home. He suggested that if I go with the high efficiency heat pump instead of air conditioner, I could get a $2600 credit on my 2025 taxes when I file. In fact, the tax credit on the heat pump resulted in the same price if I installed an air-conditioning unit. Technicians Jacob and Ray were very professional and explained everything to me about the new Rheem high-efficiency furnace and the high-efficiency heat pump acting only as an air-conditioning unit. I would highly recommend Broadview Heating for their attention to detail, professionalism and expertise. They are a Veteran focused company and provides discounts for veterans.
