Matt H. did a great job investigating gas leak concerns we had with our hot water tank. He also found additional minor leaks we didn't know we had and recommended additional shut offs be added for future use. I received a message when the technician was on his way & he was within the time window that was given. Art was helpful & friendly. When the job was not as straight forward as expected he worked on another way to make sure he could complete the job successfully & at the original price.

I had many questions to ask and he answered all of them to my satisfaction.

The technician Drew came over within the time frame given to fix my water heater and did a great job. No talking down, very cordial, no upselling (was honest about the state of my heater but didn't try to push any upgrades or whatnot like some places do), and surprisingly affordable.
