You Spend Most Of Your Time At Home. Your Air Should Reflect That.
More people are working from home than ever before. Why sacrifice your air quality in the place you spend the most time? We install hospital grade filtration for Cleveland homes, starting around $1,000.

Not a Call Center
Most homes have filters that are basically just there for show.
That standard one inch filter you pick up at the drugstore? It has almost no real filtering surface area. There is a better way, and it makes a meaningful difference for your health, your equipment, and your home.

Hospital grade air in your home
We install systems that bring the same level of air quality you would expect in a medical setting, right into your living room.

Allergy and respiratory relief
Especially during allergy season, deep pleated and electronic filters capture the particles that cheap filters miss entirely.

Protects your hardwood and furniture
Proper humidity control stops the seasonal shrinking and expanding that stresses hardwood floors and wood furniture year after year.

Extends your HVAC equipment
The filter is the lungs of your system. Better filtration means cleaner equipment, fewer breakdowns, and lower operating costs over time.

Lower operating costs
More surface area on your filter means better airflow. We also upsize ductwork when needed so everything runs efficiently, especially in cooling season.

Comfort Club priority scheduling
Members get priority support for filter replacements, UV bulb swaps, and annual system checkups.
Three things that actually move the needle.
We focus on what makes the biggest real world difference for Cleveland homeowners rather than selling systems you do not need.
MOST IMPACTFUL
Deep Pleated Filter Upgrades
A standard one inch filter has a surface area roughly equal to its footprint. A deep pleated filter is folded like an accordion so the actual filtering surface is many times larger. More surface area means more filtration, less dust, less dander, and cleaner equipment. We also make sure your ductwork is sized right when we upgrade your filter, because half the time we are upsizing it too for better airflow.
YEAR ROUND
Whole home humidifiers and dehumidifiers
Cleveland winters get very dry. That means itchy skin, scratchy throats, and hardwood floors that shrink and grow with the seasons. A whole home humidifier addresses all of it. In the summer, a dehumidifier keeps moisture levels in check and makes your AC run more efficiently. We install and maintain both.
ADVANCED
REME HALO UV air purification
The REME HALO is an ionizing UV light that mounts inside your ductwork. It keeps your AC coil clean and sanitized, and it ionizes dust particles that make it past your filter. When dust particles are ionized they stick together, become larger, and are much easier to capture on the next pass. It is one of the most effective whole home air purification systems we install.
Why deep pleated filters are such a big deal
Picture a standard 10 by 10 inch filter. Its filtering surface is 100 square inches. A deep pleated filter uses the same footprint but folds the material accordion style so when you stretch it out, the actual filtering surface area is dramatically larger than those 100 square inches.
That extra surface area is everything. It is what separates a filter that actually cleans your air from one that is basically just there to catch the big stuff.
80 to 90% of homes have inadequate filters
More surface area = more filtration

Frequently Asked Questions
A deep pleated filter uses the same footprint as a standard filter but folds the material like an accordion, dramatically increasing the actual filtering surface area. More surface area means more particles get captured, your equipment stays cleaner, and your air is genuinely healthier. About 80 to 90 percent of homes have the cheap one inch filters that offer very little real protection.
The REME HALO is an ionizing UV light that mounts in your ductwork. It sanitizes your AC coil, kills bacteria, and ionizes dust particles so they clump together and get captured more easily by your filter. It is a great option if you have allergies, pets, or just want the most comprehensive air purification we offer. Not everyone needs one, and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your home.
Most Cleveland homeowners benefit from a humidifier in winter and sometimes a dehumidifier in summer. Dry winter air causes itchy skin, scratchy throats, and stress on hardwood floors and furniture. Summer humidity makes your home feel warmer and your AC work harder. We will assess your home and recommend the right solution.
Yes. All of our air quality systems can be added to any existing HVAC system without requiring a full upgrade. When we install a new filter we also check your ductwork sizing and upsize it if needed, which makes a real difference in airflow and comfort.
Deep pleated filters last longer than standard filters but still need to be changed periodically. Humidifier pads should be replaced annually. The REME HALO needs a bulb replacement every two to four years depending on the model. All of this can be handled through a Comfort Club membership so you never have to think about it.
