What Happens During a Comfort Club Visit
We send a NATE-certified technician to your home. We require 100% of our technicians to hold NATE certification, the industry standard for HVAC knowledge. Here is what they do when they arrive.
Annual Air
Conditioning Check Up
We check refrigerant levels, clean the condenser coils, test electrical components, inspect the blower and drain line, and verify the system is cooling efficiently. This is what catches the issues that cause breakdowns in July before they happen.
Annual Furnace
Check Up
We inspect the heat exchanger, test ignition and safety controls, check the flue and venting, clean the burners, and verify the system is operating safely. A cracked heat exchanger is not something you want to discover the hard way in January.

Yes, actually more so. Most manufacturer warranties require proof of annual maintenance to remain valid. Skipping your tune up can void coverage that you paid for when you bought the equipment. A Comfort Club membership protects your system and your warranty.
The main differences come down to how many systems are covered, repair discount levels, warranty length, and priority scheduling speed. The Elite plan offers the strongest coverage including lifetime repair warranty and 20% repair discounts. The Essential plan is a solid entry point if you just want annual tune ups and priority service without all the add-ons.
