Installed brand new water heater. Accommodated me right away, my problem occurred yesterday and they send a crew out today to fix my problem. Kudos Broadview Heating! P.S. They also Installed our furnace and central air a couple years ago. Been happy ever since!

Original review: I realized my heat wasn't working around 11 am on our first really cold day of the year. I found Broadview Heating & Air through a Google search and called, knowing full well they would be super busy on the first really cold day of the year. The woman who answered the phone and the woman doing the scheduling were both super nice & friendly. The scheduler initially told me they wouldn't be able to visit my home until the next morning. She then called me twice throughout the day to let me know earlier appointments were going more quickly than anticipated, and they would be able to fit me in later in the evening, then earlier in the evening. The technician, Dale, was fantastic. He put on booties before leaving my front entrance, explained why my furnace wasn't functioning properly, and showed me the repairs he made. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. It was a quick repair, and the pricing was fair. I will absolutely be calling for future maintenance and repair needs! Review edit on 5/19/2026 - We have continued to be customers of Broadview Heating & Air and have always been blown away by the professionalism, respect and quality work. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful on the phones. A few years ago we had another furnace emergency call. I heard a weird noise and a puff of black smoke came through the vents. I was home alone with a baby. A tech was out within an hour and had everything patched up for us quickly. A few weeks ago, we again found ourselves in need of Broadview Heating & Air when we turned the AC on and it was making funny noises. We immediately knew who to call and quickly had a visit scheduled. The original tech, Lenny, who came out to check on our AC unit this year was phenomenal. For starters, when he walked through the door, he helped gently but firmly reinforce the training we're working on with our 8 month old puppies (no jumping!). He clearly has dog experience and they adored him. He did a thorough check of the AC & the furnace, both of which are ancient and running on some sort of magic at this point. We knew we were on borrowed time with them. Lenny gave me some options - the cheaper option that might get me through the summer (or might not) and then quotes for AC and furnace. He didn't make me feel pressured to take any action at all. I felt like he was truly helping me, as a fellow home owner who has to balance finances against needs, make the best decisions for my HVAC. He spoke to me in a way that was informative and easy to understand, even for somebody with very little background knowledge on how these things work. My husband and I ultimately decided to replace our HVAC system. Scheduling was easy, stock was ready to go. The installation techs, Ray and Jacob, were just as awesome as Lenny. They were respectful of our home, were so sweet with our puppies, were sweet to our 7 year old when he got home from school, and kept me informed throughout the process. They were finished with the job earlier than expected, and cleaned up thoroughly anywhere they had to make a mess. Every single time, for 15 years, the service and work have blown us out of the water. You can confidently support this local company - they only hire the best! You will not be disappointed!

Tim arrived in a timely fashioned and located the source of our intermittent power outages, which was outside. He referred us to the power company and took time to tell me what to say to them. He was very professional.

Technician was very knowledgeable and took his time checking out my system…Also, I had a large box on my porch and he offered to bring it in for me….very grateful.

Angelo and Justin were very professional during the time installing our new air conditioner and furnace along with a humidifier. They did not hesitate to explain or answer our questions. Angelo took his time explaining the thermostat and helped set up our time schedule; reviewing the system and how to change the settings. Everything was cleaned inside and out: old products were deposed of. Justin did a thorough job with installing the air conditioner and Angelo did the furnace. I highly recommend them and this company to provide services. They were eager to please in providing information. Kirk was very thorough and quiet as he worked. He was polite and explained things to update us with our generator and how it functions. He checked our air conditioner and let us know that everything was functioning as should be.

Air conditioner was fixed quickly.

The team from Broadview Heating went above and beyond to find and fix issues that were not initially apparent. The work required them to crawl throughout the entire attic, open walls and repair or replace damaged equipment. Great job Rey, Ryan and Kevin!

I have used them for both heating / AC and electrical. Everyone they have sent has been wonderful. They are very respectful of my home, professional and clean up behind themselves. Definitely recommend them!

Don was super knowledgeable and friendly. Answered and explained all of my questions that I had and got my boiler furnance up and running in less than an hour. If you have any heating or cooling issues you need to use these guys!

Roger was awesome. Very prompt!! Explained everything, showed me picture of things he saw! We had an issue arise day before appointment and he addressed it and fixed it!

Heating issues when you have a little one need immediate attention. Called Broadview Heating and they were able to send Trent the same day. Trent diagnosed a bad zone valve motor and replaced, fixing the problem. Cannot say enough about the professional staff and exceptional service Broadview Heating provides! Drew went the extra mile when he notice.a.small leak.coming from our hot water tank. He explained.that he.needed to go back to the.shop for.a.part. promptly returned and.replaced the item. We have used this company for many years and have always had a satisfying result. We do not 'shop' AROUND BECAUSE WE TRUST THE SERVICE AND repairs are done correctly
