We were very impressed with John’s knowledge and honesty when he came to our home to give us a quote on a new furnace and central air. My husband and I were also very pleased with the work Kevin and the install crew did installing our new unit. They were polite and worked very well together. We couldn’t be happier.

I have owned my home for eleven years. In that time, I have had dozens of service calls performed. This service I received from Rheem Team, however, is the crowning glory of all service calls in the history of home ownership.
In the middle of the worst cold snap in years, (no hot water and a basement full of water) I was given an appointment for later that day! During the initial visit, the technician identified the problem, called the shop to secure a new hot water heater, drained my existing heater and then set up a service call for 8 the next morning.
The following morning, Kevin and the installation team arrived promptly at the stroke of 8. I merely had to show them where the old unit was, and they took it from there. Moving with military precision, the duo removed the defective heater from my home in the bat of an eyelash. I realized that I was truly in the presence of greatness as they installed a new heater with new plumbing and new venting. Confident and efficient, the crew moved in tandem, anticipating each others moves, exuding and air of competence.
A casual mention of a nearby incinerator set them to further action and within minutes it had been removed.
They were more concerned about the state of my basement than I was. I swear to you that they left the basement cleaner than it was when they got there. When finished, they made sure I was completely satisfied with all of their work and then struck out into the world, making basements a better place–one customer at a time.
From first call to the completion of installation, only 25 hours passed. This customer is certainly satisfied. From the customer service on the phone, to the expert estimate, to the installation, it could not have gone any better.
Rheem Team has been and will hereafter be the number I call for any heating and cooling needs. Thanks so much!

We got our new furnace/heat pump! This heat pump stuff is new to me, I only know that in the winter it will keep us warm and in the summer it will keep us cool! Plus it will save us lots of money! We were very pleased with the customer service that we received. I was surprised when I heard them sweeping up the mess in the basement. They left our house in the same condition that they found it.
The technician was very nice! He called to let me know he was coming, he covered his shoes when he came in and was very polite. He gave me the summary of what he did and what he would recommend. He was the kind of person you want to come to your house to work. I have had some places send the most unprofessional people. You’re lucky to have him.

I just want to express my thanks to you and your crew for the awesome job they did on my installation yesterday.
The work was especially neat, the unit is quiet, and they were very courteous. I especially like the outside temperature control on that Aprilaire 600. That 40% feature on the Rheem coupled with the insulation I am going to add is going to make my heating system very economical to operate. I can’t wait until the spring to have your guys install that new air and fire it up.—-John G.

Hi There Tom and Team!
Just wanted to say we really liked your Newsletter! We actually read it! And loved the Household Trivia – didn’t do so well on the answers, personally, but was fun. As long time customers (29 years to be exact) we’ve always felt totally at ease to recommend you to family or friends – even people we don’t know! We’ll never forget us moving into our first (and only) home when we were still ‘young’ and sleeping in the basement because it was SO HOT!
Moving from a tiny apartment, with air conditioning, and into our house with a payment 10 times as much as our old rent, but so very hot, just didn’t seem right. We called you guys to put air in (thinking it wouldn’t be way too far out of our reach) and were told – well, you have a boiler and not a furnace. So, what’s the problem? You don’t have any ducts to transfer the cool air. Hmmmmm….. That means we have to install those ducts and install an entirely stand-alone air-conditioning system. Boy, did we learn a lot in that first visit of yours. But, glad to say we LOVE Hot Dogs and Macaroni and Cheese and went ahead with the project. 29 years later, we’re very grateful we did.

Just a short note to thank your employees for the great job they did on the installation of my new electric furnace and air conditioning this past Friday (06-03-05). Jason, Kevin, and Tom were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
The call to advise me they were on their way and covering of the carpeting to avoid getting dirty are nice touches.
I am writing you this note to say how much you and your team have just won my trust and appreciation in the job you did for us! You were very professional and the job could not have been done better! I thank you so very much for a WONDERFUL job! Your men were on time every day and very nice to have in the house! In this day and age itʼs a very stressful job to find reliable and good people to have work done for you! Thank you Thank You for making this a pleasant experience! We love our new furnace!! And all the extra stuff you did was so wonderful as well! Never did we expect to get so excited over a new furnace and duct work! I wish we had taken before and after pictures, that would have been fun to look at! The waterproofing should get started here on 4-4-2005 weather permitting; once that is complete Max will call you out to finish the Air Conditioner installation.
