And then the technician was able to come that same day within a couple hours and fixed the problem quickly. Took the time as well to explain everything that was wrong and also what he did to fix it. Will always use them first with other future issues. Honest and fair, and also fair pricing.

“22 degrees and my furnace went out. Tried to deduce what the problem was myself seeing as how I’m fairly technical. No dice. The booking agent was excellent, informative and polite. The technician, Trent arrived ON TIME, was extremely efficient (diagnosed my issue in less than 10 minutes), and was very professional. He offered different advice to help things run efficiently, and did an inspection advising on some future updates. He was not pushy or condescending like other techs from other companies. He is very good at what he does and very good at ensuring the company will have repeat customers. Highly recommend.”
